Returns & RMA Policy

• All returns must comply with Becker’s RMA policy.
• Contact Becker to obtain an RMA number prior to returning any product.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Returns must be shipped within 14 days of RMA# issuance to be valid
• RMA returned merchandise must be adequately identified with the Becker Engineered Systems RMA# included. Items returned without RMA paperwork may not be subject to our return policy.
• A minimum 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and order cancellations; the exact amount will be determined during RMA issuance.
• Non-Returnable Items include (but are not limited to):

  - Custom or made-to-order products

  - Special-order items

  - Private-label items

  - Items with extended lead times

  - Perishable or consumable materials and sensors

  - Modbus codes or software licenses

  - Items damaged due misuse, negligence, or improper installation
